This trip took me through Wilkesboro and North Wilkesboro, the Wilkes Heritage Museum, the historic North Wilkesboro Speedway, the Blue Ridge Food Tour, Merle’s, Roaring River Vineyards, and several quiet corners of Stone Mountain State Park that most visitors overlook.
