We commemorate the 207th anniversary of the Appin massacre on 17 April 1816 with ‘Buruwan Elegy’.
The Gondwana Indigenous Children’s Choir, conducted by Lyn Williams, performs this moving work with Dharawal text by Dr Jodi Edwards and music and English text by Luke Byrne.
The choir sings on Dharawal country, filmed by Ewan Cutler of Hudson Films.
