A speedrun of the Normal mode using the TGM ruleset, aiming to get as high of a grade as possible as quickly as possible.
In the newest game in the Tetris the Grand Master series, there are multiple different game modes that you can play using 2 different rulesets: TGM (ARS rotation system) and Standard (SRS rotation system). Here we will be playing the Normal game mode which is exclusive to the TGM ruleset where the goal is to get to level 999 as quickly as you can while also getting the highest grade you can.
A different kind of grading system for what used to be called Master mode in previous Tetris the Grand Master games. There are 10 sections that the 999 levels and the fading credit roll are divided into, and the goal for each section is to clear enough Tetrises (4 line clears). So far this was the fastest attempt I had that got to level 999, but I have yet to be able to do better than One of Ten. As typical of this series, scores are based off of grade achieved first, and then fastest time. Goal for this now is to try to get up to Two of Ten. Enjoy!
