This is my take on the Ontario Rat Model 1. I absolutely love this knife and would reccomend it to anyone for a wide array of settings. For $40 you really can't go wrong. They also make a smaller version called the Rat2. This was a collaboration between Jeff Randall and Ontario. Jeff owns Randall's Adventure and Training, a survival shool of sorts. This is how the name RAT came about! He now is one of the owners of ESEE Knives, check them out also. I hear great things. This is a great knife and you should buy one as a utility, hard use or truck knife. I dont believe you can find a better knife for the money. You wont regret adding it to your collection.
Please note: I made a mistake in the video and forgot the Kershaw blade steel, I remembered as soon as I turned the camera off; its 14C28N on the base model like mine.
