Easy Blueberry Pie Recipe:
👉🏻Pie shell X 2 (grocery store - 2nd one is for the top of the pie)
👉🏻Wild blueberries (as many as you can fit 😂)
👉🏻The mixture:
2/3 Cup of granulated sugar
1/4 Cup of cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of unsalted butter cut into small pieces
1 Large egg, lightly beaten with 1 Tablespoon of milk
Mix ☝🏻together lightly with blueberries so they are coated.
Put into preheated oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes then turn down heat to 350 for 35 minutes.
