Today, we've crafted this video to provide a detailed look into our production process. Since its establishment in 2010, Ditaiplastic has expanded its business scope to cover raw material supply, mold making, vacuum/thermoforming, CNC cutting, assembly, bonding, spray painting, and screen printing. We've forged long-term partnerships with numerous renowned brands, including Louis Vuitton, Hisense, Skyworth, Wistron, Bacardi, and Hennessy.
Let's start with the raw materials. We source our materials from the Chi Mei Corporation in Taiwan, maintaining an inventory exceeding 300 tons. The video showcases our two raw material extrusion machines. These extruded plastic sheets serve as the fundamental raw material for the vacuum/thermoforming process. Typically, we dedicate one machine to processing black materials and the other to white, with sheet widths reaching up to two meters.
During material preparation, we utilize large containers to blend specific properties such as fire resistance, high impact resistance, and UV protection, allowing for customized solutions tailored to your needs.
Next, the video takes us to the mold center. Mold materials can be cast aluminum or aluminum blocks, determined by customer requirements. For instance, we use aluminum blocks for transparent materials and cast aluminum for solid or textured materials. After CNC machining, the molds undergo polishing and drilling for vacuum holes to ensure precision and functionality.
The second floor houses our vacuum forming and CNC departments. Here, various modified car parts, robot casings, and plant products are being produced. Once the vacuum forming samples are completed, we measure their thickness using specialized equipment and mark numerous figures on the surface. This method allows us to rigorously control quality, ensuring uniform and optimal thickness.
Following vacuum forming, we enter the CNC cutting process. In the video, we're preparing a fixture for this stage, featuring holes inside to extract excess air, making the product tightly adhere to the fixture for a perfect fit. We possess 28 CNC machines, with 16 being advanced five-axis models.
After CNC cutting, we proceed to the next processing center. Here, we use a specific tool to polish the products, reducing sharpness and enhancing safety.
The third floor is where assembly, spray painting, screen printing, and various handcraft workshops are located. The current spray painting booth is engaged in UV painting. After assembly and polishing, we apply paint to cover any polishing marks. In fact, we apply a protective film to each product. For areas that don't require painting, we use a masking film for coverage. The product interior contains many assembly components. After vacuum forming, certain areas may have dust spots, which we polish for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. For automotive parts, robots, machinery, and more, we have dedicated assembly workshops.
