* back story on the previous question...someone asked which character from supernatural would Mark "ship" with (like shipper stories) and he said Jim Beaver of course...so his response is his answer below...*

MS: 'now we can't wait for that fan fiction....

Woman: "It is being written....."

Me: "...right now..... (me finishing her sentence, hehe)

MS: "dirty little minds....

Woman: (inaudible at beginning of question) "If you weren't acting, what would you write?"

MS: "I do write and direct."

Woman: "Will I mean..."

MS: "It's all the same, it's all storytelling. I was a musician.... It doesn't make any difference on what you do. You can be an artist, it can be anything. Getting to express yourself in an artistic format in glorious (inaudible)...period. And if you haven't done it, or you're afraid to do it, the one thing you need to remember is don't even try to work out the end result is, don't even try to work out the mythology behind which it should be delivered, just do it. Don't be careless...nobody will care if you don't do it. Do it. That's how we got Star Trek: The Next Generation, that's how we got (inaudible)....that's how we got Shakespeare for god sakes. That's how we got everything. That's how we got anything of any value that's ever been written. The people love or cared enough to commit it to paper. It it's done with passion and heart and love....ok I'll tell you my favorite story. My dad's favorite actor story is a young William (can't understand last name) went to Richard Burton, if you don't know who Richard Burton is, look him up. Oh watch the "The Spy Who Came in from the Cold, that was good. A great film. Um, 'how do you do the acting?' Very well (or welsh?). Ask Garrett what that means.

(cont) 'How do you do the acting?' And Burton said, "they teach you son...what you do is you have to give the actor your whole heart, if he doesn't give it to you back then you kick the s*** out of him."
