Killer Nurse Poisons Husband, Torches Home to Marry Prison Lover

Missouri woman Amy Murray poisoned her husband with antifreeze and set their house on fire to cover up the murder, all while having an affair with a convicted killer serving a life sentence — one of the inmates at the prison where she worked as a nurse. Authorities uncovered hundreds of recorded calls between Murray and the inmate, revealing she wanted to marry him and discussed legal help to get him out. Despite being charged with murder, arson, and sex crimes, Murray ultimately accepted a 12-year sentence in an Alford Plea.
