REPAIR: permobil ICS auto calibration!

today we're going to cover the process of re-calibrating seating actuators on permobil wheelchairs! this isn't something that needs to be done regularly, but is an important step when replacing actuators, or troubleshooting other system issues!
(it's UNKNOWN at this time if these steps are the same on power platform chairs)
