Tim and Doreen Carroll operate Top Hat Carriage in the Duluth, Minn. We spend a day with them as they put four horse drawn carriages in service, taking visitors on rides through the scenic downtown. Tim talks with us about how he got started with the business and we watch them and three employees unload the horses at their carriage house, groom, harness and hitch them to the vehicles and head for downtown. Later this week we'll have another episode showing them at work downtown and Tim will explain his horse training philosophy and methods. Hint: the training never ends.
