EAR Training Modal Study - With Backing Track

Hi Guys I have prepared this workout with the 7 modes played in succession over E pedal. I usually use it as ear training and to develop resistance on alternate picking. In my opinion, the difficulty is in trying to keep the mind focused and your body relaxed during the entire exercise, and play it in full without interruption. bpm - 110
For each mode you have 16 bars repetitions played on 16th note on alternate picking and played with 3-note-per-string with a variation played in 3rds after the (Bar 8) same thing on each scales.
