The Bilimora to Waghai narrow-gauge train was started in 1913 during British rule. It was initiated by Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad of the Baroda State with the purpose of transporting timber from the forests of the Dang region and to provide travel facilities for the general public. This train service was launched in five phases and is currently the only narrow-gauge train still operating under Western Railway.

બીલીમોરા થી વઘઈ નેરોગેજ ટ્રેન 1913 માં બિ્રટિશ શાશન કાળ વખતે| વડોદરા સ્ટેટના મહારાજા સયાજીરાવ ગાયકવાડે શરૂ કરાવી હતી જેનું ઉદ્દેશ્ય ડાંગ નાં જંગલોમાં થતાં ઈમારતી લાકડાઓ નો વેપાર એને સામાન્ય પ્રજાજનો માટે મુસાફરી ની સગવડ માટે બનાવી હતી આ ટ્રેન પાંચ તબક્કામાં ચાલુ કરવામાં આવી હતી અને હાલમાં પશિ્ચમ રેલ્વે માં એક માત્ર નેરોગેજ ટ્રેન ચાલે છે તે આ ટ્રેન છ
