Whilst shaping up the new stem for Edith May, we reflect on how the great racing barges of the 50's and 60's were modified to get every last bit of speed.
The two great rivals - Veronica and Sirdar - enjoyed some fantastic tussles and now lay only a few yards from one another in a race to be the first to completely disappear.
