SORRY FOR THE WOBBLY VIDEO! I had to get close to the scroll saw to do this and the table is wobbly.
The second part of laminating focusing on cutting brass. Brass is a wonderful material and it's gold like metallic color is highly sought after.
No work on the actual scabbard. This is an attempt to cut brass with my scroll saw and it can really be difficult to do. I'm cutting really close to the border, no room for error, and the cut mechanic is different than wood.

This is the MINIMUM blade tpi, going lower will only break blades. These blades are for my specific scroll saw.
