Ingredients:-
• Almonds – ½ cup
• Pumpkin seeds – ½ cup
• White sesame seeds – ¼ cup
• Flaxseeds – ¼ cup (keep raw for omega-3)
• Shredded coconut – ¼ cup
• Dates – 10–12 (de-seeded)
• Black raisins – ¼ cup
• Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp (you can soak them overnight as well)
• Amla powder – 2 tsp
