𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐎𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠🥕🎂
Dry Ingredients:
•2 ¼ cups flour
•1 cup chopped walnuts
•½ cup muscovado sugar
•2 tsp cinnamon powder
•½ tsp salt
•2 tsp baking powder
•1 ½ tsp baking soda
Wet Ingredients:
•1 ¼ cups vegetable or olive oil
•2 cups finely grated carrots
•3 eggs
•1 cup crushed pineapples
Baking:
•Mix dry and wet ingredients together
•Bake at 175°C for 45 minutes
Frosting:
•1 cup unsalted butter
•500g cream cheese (room temp)
•¼ cup powdered sugar
🍴 TOOLS NEEDED:
•Mixing bowls
•Measuring cups & spoons
•Grater (for carrots)
•Whisk or spatula
•Electric hand mixer or stand mixer (for frosting)
•Oven
•Baking pan (round or rectangular)
•Cooling rack
•Rubber scraper or wooden spoon

🍝𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐇𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐈 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐀𝐔𝐂𝐄
•1kg spaghetti noodles
•3 tbsp olive oil (or healthy oil)
•1 large onion, chopped
•6 cloves garlic, minced
•500g lean ground pork or beef
•2 carrots, grated or finely chopped (star shaped)
•1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper
•3 cups tomato sauce (no sugar added)
•¼ cup tomato paste (optional, for depth)
•1–2 tsp coconut sugar or honey (to balance acidity)
•1 bay leaf (optional)
Toppings & Mix-ins:
•1–2 cups grated quezo cheese (or any cheese you love)
•2 small head broccoli, boiled & chopped for toppings
👩🏻🍳 Instructions:
1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onions until soft and fragrant.
3. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour in spaghetti sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for 15–20 mins.
5. Taste and adjust flavor.
6. Add spaghetti noodles to the pan and toss until fully coated or serve sauce on top if you prefer it layered.
7. Sprinkle with grated cheese and broccoli just before serving 🧀🥦

𝐑𝐎𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐍 (𝐀𝐢𝐫-𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝)
1. Season the chicken with 2 head cloves of garlic, 1 tsp. rosemary, 2T calamansi or lemon juice, 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cracked black pepper
2. Let it marinate (optional, but adds flavor).
3. Place in the air fryer for 40-45 minutes and cook until golden and crispy.
4. In the last 10 minutes, add 2T of unsalted butter on top. This keeps it juicy and adds a gentle richness.
5. Serve warm and savor the love in every bite 🧄🍋

1. Boil the eggplants until soft, then peel off the skin.
2. Grind or mash the eggplant with onion and garlic.
3. Add pre-cooked lean ground pork (let it cool first).
4. Mix in flour or cornstarch and 2 eggs to bind it.
5. Season with salt and pepper or 2T of oyster sauce.
6. Form into patties and fry in a small amount of olive oil until golden.
