For our Holiday Stream on Tuesday, December 23rd, we'll be raising money for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals with Extra Life and, in particular, for UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Last year, we shattered our goal of $5,000 with a total of $30,242 raised for the kids.

This year we are upping our initial goal to $10,000!

We invite you to join us for a day of epic battles across Expedition 33 and Final Fantasy XIV while we raise money for this wonderful cause.

This year, we want to continue our annual tradition of giving back through questionably-skilled gaming. We toured Shands’s facilities this past January, seeing firsthand the work they are doing to enrich kids' lives during their stay—offering gaming carts with consoles delivered to patient rooms, network access to team up with other patients, movie nights, and gaming tournaments. Some infusions the kids undergo can last up to 8 hours and controllers constantly wear out from overuse. Extra Life funds are spent on things that are beloved ways to brighten a kid’s day.

As with any Extra Life Charity stream, any donations are processed directly on their website, leaving no room for mishandling or tomfoolery on our end. All donations go directly to Extra Life and remain local to fund critical treatments, healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment, and charitable care.
