3 things to know about BPD & Limerence

A couple months ago I made a video about Limerence and the signs you may have Limerence (see link below). In the comments I saw many people bringing up BPD and that these are signs of their BPD and not Limerence. Or they were asking if BPD and Limerence were the same. Or they were asking if they actually had BPD or Limerence? Or if their BPD caused Limerent behavior. The truth is Borderline Personality Disorder and Limerence are two different things, but they can be connected. We have to understand what the signs and symptoms of each is to properly understand which one we may be struggling with, or perhaps we're struggling with both BPD and Limerence. Then we can talk about how BPD and Limerence are related. And then how to heal. What has your experience been with BPD and Limerence? Have you struggled with both?
