This is an instillation video for the MVM Motorsports Belt Drive on a 2021- 2024 Ski Doo Summit and Lynx 850. Everything is the same for 2017 - 2020 except the bottom pulley. Follow these simple steps to complete the instillation process with ease.
Our Belt Drive is the lightest on the market dropping 5 Lbs of dry weight and 3.5 Lbs of rotating mass. Thus making your sled more reactive, quicker, and a whole lot more fun to ride!
Use only the carbon corded belts that we offer on our website. We offer Mitsuboshi and Gates belts. We recommend carrying a spare with you at all times. Make sure to watch the section on proper belt tension in this video. Over tensioning belts will cause premature failure.
