好多時係日本菜先會食到北寄貝,但間唔中都會係街市見到新鮮北寄貝,一般買嚟打邊爐,大大隻勁鮮甜。我今次試試用果皮清蒸,效果一樣好正
It is popular to have Arctic Surf Clam in Japanese meal, however, we also find fresh Arctic Surf Clams in local market occasionally, I normally bought some for hotpot, the clam is big and delicious. This time I steam them, result is very good.
