In this today's tutorial I will help to teach you how to fix tiktok message not sending issue. The most common reasons you just find there tiktok message not working correctly is that there app is not updated towards latest version.
So inorder to fix this watch this video until the end and follow this steps correctly.
Step 1. Go to play store or app store.
Step 2. Search of tiktok inn the search box. Once you do that if your app not updated to the latest version then you will see update button .
Step 3.Tap on that update version and you will be able to download latest version of tiktok and now go back to your tiktok app and try sending the message.
Step 4.After you do that this might solve your issue but if it is not affective inorder to solve problem then the next thing you can do is check the privacy setting for your messages on tiktok.
step 5. Tap open your tiktok application and sign in to your account if necessary.
Step 6. Then tap on the me button at the bottom right corner which will take it to your profile page now tap on the three dots at the upper right corner.
Step 7. Once you do that under account do tap on privacy and scroll all the way down and tap on direct message option under safety.
Step 8. Make sure that under who can send you direct message is seted up with to everyone or friends. We recommended you to use the friends option so that you don't get straight message from strangers.
Step 9. After you do that go back and try to send direct message and see that if it works.
Step 10. Another thing you can do is try messaging another account tiktok and see if the tiktok messaging problem is account related.
Step 11. If you can't send message to any one then you can go and reach out to tiktok support to identify any account issue.
Step 12. Go to the me button at the bottom right corner inorder to contact your support. Tap on the three dots at the upper right and scroll all the way down and tap on report a problem under support.
Step 13. From this page scroll all the way down and select notification and message option. After you do that on the next page tap on message.
Step 14. Now choose the topic that beastly describes your problems. Now tap on other and under the problem resolves tap on no or still have a problem.
Step 15. Then lastly briefly describes the problem of tiktok messaging issues. You can write any thing in your own language that is best to describe your issue and tap on report at the bottom of the screen.
Step 16. And after you do that you can go ahead and check your inbox occasionally .
