Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can be easily relieved with certain stretches and exercises. Do the ones shown in the video for a few minutes at a time, and 3-5 times a day initially. Once your symptoms ease up, you can decrease the time spent doing them, but to prevent future pains, I recommend performing at least some of the stretches daily.
