Ingredients:
1 Cup Sliced Ash Gourd
1 Cup Sliced Pumpkin
1 Tbsp Boiled Black Eyed Peas (Lobia)
1 Tbsp Chopped Green Chili
Few Curry Leaves
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Coconut Oil
1 Cup Water
Method:
Combine all ingredients (except coconut oil) in a pot with water. Boil for 8–10 minutes. Turn off the heat, add coconut oil, mix well, and serve hot.
Perfect with sambar, rasam, or even on its own with rice!
