Second Encounter: Triple Threat

The Area: Two halves of an Airplane hangar that fills with poisonous gas.

The Mechanics: At the Fuselage of the plane is three Terminals on either side, The Green Panel must be interacted with at the same time on both sides. Bosses must die simultaneously.


The Encounter: In the Control room there are two Rappel Points, Decide who goes where and split your teams DPS evenly. For Ease of Explaining, Team A and Team B.

The room is set up with plenty of cover and line of sight so have your team separated but with clear cover of everyone, Have your tankiest member from both teams set up near the central terminals, These two are the only ones to interact with the terminals at any given time and must communicate clearly, as only one side sees the correct terminal at a time.

One of the three terminals will be lit up Green, If you do not see a Green Terminal, The other team will, Communicate which one is green (Either the one closest to the nose of the plane, the middle one, or the one at the back of the plane.) and then interact with both of them at the same time (Think of it like a mirror). If this is done correctly the encounter will start, thankful the mechanics of the Terminals are the same throughout the fight, and must be repeated constantly to prevent gas buildup.

If the gas is Orange, You are doing it correct and should see an Armour Breaker Debuff on your Hud, This debuff means the bosses will be taking extra damage.

If the gas is Purple, You must interact with the terminals to clear it or you will start gaining the Choking Weapon Debuff, This debuff means you will be doing less and less damage until each bullet is only 15 Damage a piece.

Once one of the bosses dies, the terminals rise out of reach and you can regroup with the other team, It is important to kill BOTH BOSSES at the SAME TIME, otherwise you will be dealing with multiple during Regroup Phase.

With the terminals out of reach you will be unable to clear the purple gas as it accumulates, But the gas will instead cycle between Purple and Orange, While the gas is Purple hide in cover and stay safe as you will be doing no damage, once it is Orange you will have to DPS the remaining Third boss while also dealing with a handful of adds, some will be snipers in the windows of the control room.

There is no Wipe Mechanic with this, merely a periodic DPS race.
