Shown on a Thermador, process is similar on most hi-end ovens including Viking, Jenn Air, Miele, and Wolf. There are two fans, and the hi-temp cooling fan main bearings were shot on this one after only two years, causing a loud growling noise when at temperature. Most of these fans run about $200, but you can save an expensive service call by replacing DIY.

00:11 Remove all T20 Torx screws front and back
00:27 Remove panel
00:32 Identify issue (bad bearing)
00:40 Remove electrical connectors
00:45 Remove 4 mount T20 Torx screws
00:55 Remove electrical connector
01:04 Remove backing plate
01:06 Identify new part
01:15 Reinstall all parts
