We started early in the morning, stirring up a big pot of our homemade Lowcountry BBQ hash — slow-cooked the old-fashioned way, full of rich Southern flavor and love. As the sun came up, we packed everything up, set up our stand, and got ready to share a true Lowcountry favorite with our community.
