In this video I tell you about Washing powder detergent manufacturing process: A step-by-step guide.
There are many ways to making washing powder but not all the ways are perfect. Here we tell you the main raw materials which is use in washing powder making process are as follows
RAW MATERIALS
Labsa, SLS, TSP, STPP ,optical brightener, Salt enzymes, perfume ,speckles, zeolite ,calcium carbonate, caustic soda, soda ash light
Make sure first that these raw materials are in pure form. For this purpose you can must analyze these raw materials in laboratory so that you can able a perfect product.
Now I discuss the processes step by step.
PROCESS
1.First we make a paste of caustic soda and water. Take a caustic soda in a given quantity that you set for a batch. Then added to Water in a bucket in which you want to mix the mixture. The mixture will make so perfectly when you mix it properly. The mixing process not to do fast if you do so it produce foam that is not good.
2. Then we add to sulfonic acid in it and mix it slowly. ( it is actually an acid base reaction).
3. Add some required quantity of soda ash in a ribbon mixture. And then add that paste which we made in 2nd step.
4. After that add tsp, stpp, zeolite, optical brightener, sls and pulmonated.
