In this video I take a look at the Charon Relief above Antakya, the World's Oldest Christian Cave Church, & the City Centre Devastated by recent Earthquakes. From there I catch a Bus to Gaziantep, the Centre of Turkish Cuisine. I try numerous Gaziantep Specialties: Katmer, a Heavenly Filo Pastry Pillow of Clotted Cream & Pistachios; Alinazik Kebab, made with Lamb atop Eggplant Puree Yoghurt; & of course, Baclava!
