These soft and melt-in-your-mouth green pea cookies made with green pea flour are so easy to make. The making of Green Pea Cookies is similar to Peanut Cookies. If you are allergic to peanuts, this cookie is a great substitute for peanut cookies. The cookies' color is naturally beautiful with no added coloring.

The procedure is easy and quick. Note that the recipe uses green pea powder, not mung bean flour.

Ingredients:
1. Green pea powder 300g
2. Plain flour 300g
3. Icing sugar 120g
4. Salt 1/4 tsp
5. Unsalted butter 60ml
6. Corn oil 200ml
