අපේ ගමේ තියනව කොහිල වලක්, ඒකෙ මේ දවස් වල කොහිල පිරිල, ඒත් ඒකෙ කටු නිසා වැඩි දෙනෙක් කොහිල කපන්න යන්නෙ නෑ, අපේ තාත්තා, බූට් සපත්තු දෙක්ක හොයාගෙන ගිහින් කොහිල මිටියක්ම කපාගෙන ඇවිත් රසම රස කොහිල මෝජුවක් හැදුව. පරිප්පුවක් එක්ක බත් උයල, ගමේ හැමෝටම එන්න කියල දවල් කෑම වේලක් අදත් අපි සූදානම් කරා. ඔයාලත් මේ වීඩියෝ එක බලල රස විඳී කියල බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා. හැමෝටම ස්තූතියි.
We have a kohila pit in our village, and it's full of kohila these days. However, most people avoid cutting it because of its sharp thorns. But our father, determined as ever, found a pair of boots, harvested a whole bunch of kohila, and made a delicious kohila moju.
