Welcome to Sailing With Hank. In this series we cover sailing with The Moorings Yacht Charter in Split, Croatia. I rented a Moorings 4500 for one week in August of 2024 and we sailed to Solta, Hvar, Pakleni Islands and Brac before returning to Agana Marina.
Our first stop was Sesmis restaurant in Sesula Bay, Solta. Our next stop was Pakleni Islands and the restaurant Toto's Hvar. Next we visited the ACI marina Palmezana overnight. The next day we visited Hvar port and sailed to Bol on the island of Brac. The next sail was to Milan for fuel and back to Sesula. We ate at Sismis again and left the next morning for our final night in the marina at Agana.
The Moorings was perfect for us and the 45' catamaran was very luxurious for our week sailing. We will definitely be back for more adventures and plan to visit Vis on our next trip.
