Throw-In Process | 4-3-1 Formation | 9v9

In this video we will cover my processes and structure surrounding throw ins at 9v9 in a 4-3-1 formation.
These 5 processes can put your team in a position to score every time.
A few key points include:
1. Speed- All throw ins must be performed as quickly as possible to take advantage of opposing teams.
2. Wing Backs- In my 4-3-1 formation the throw ins will ALWAYS be completed by the wing backs.
3. Target the Striker- Although there are 5 different scenarios shown here, we will always try to target the striker and move the ball up the field along the edge.
