Book Endband | One core in two colors Headband with beads

I have been asked to make a video tutorial about the one core in two colors Headband with beads. Actually, I wasn't really planning to do a tutorial about this Headband technique since many good video tutorials about it are out there. However, I have recently received many requests to demonstrate this technique using my own style. So, here we go, and I would like to mention that, this headband is one of the most basic & the easiest, this is yet the pretty style of the headband.

Acid-free Verger mechanical made paper 80g (the core)
Waxed Linen Thread
PVA adhesive (Only for binding purposes and not recommended
for conservation purposes)
Tapestry Needle
Ratcheting Spring Clamp
