How to make Super Fluffy Japanese Pancakes

These are the fluffiest pancakes ever!
In eating pancakes, you can get away with just adding on loads of maple syrup or butter. But I guarantee that texture is king when it comes to making the best pancake. This pancake is soft and fluffy on the inside, like a pillow.
It's actually easy to make once you made 10 in a row.
Just master the heat and stiff peaks and you are golden!

Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
1 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar (can substitute: 1 tsp Lemon Juice)
2 tbsp White Sugar

Butter
Powdered sugar
Maple syrup
