turning 30 | stressed but managing, busy & productive week in nyc before celebrating by the beach 🌴

IG:   / rowenatsai   | The road to 30! 🥳 As someone who genuinely enjoys growing up, I surprisingly faced a lot of resistance and hesitation leading up to the big three-oh. Maybe it's because the already vague vision of who you thought you'd be when you're a "real adult," created by your teen self, becomes shattered as you're nowhere near where you felt you "should" be. Somewhere along the lines of being a married, home-ownered adult with children frolicking alongside you in a beautiful flower field wearing white linen shirts and dresses (inspired by detergent ads I'd see growing up in Taiwan 😂 ).

But who gets to determine what we "should" be doing by 30? (Pssst, it's ourselves! 🙂) No matter where you are in life, how old you are, or what you're going through, know that you're exactly where you need to be. And that you have full control over what you should be doing with your life. 💘
