3 Cups all-purpose flour
¼ Cup sugar

1 Cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
½ Cup butter – softened
Topping (optional)
½ Cup (4 ounces) cream cheese – softened
¼ Cup butter – softened
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 Cup powdered sugar
