This video is showing the procedures I do to make the brushes get flat in the tubes and in turn make some more power. In the end this chassis was scrapped. The part of the chassis between the cluster shaft and crown gear was murdered; not allowing the shims to sit between the crown and the chassis, Hence the shims on the outside of the chassis as shown in the first video. I ended up putting a new chassis in it and the noises went away and the car became a beast.
