Cruising from Jax to Gainesville for Sick Week a rock took out my AC condenser. I noticed on my drive home that the air wasn't getting cool enough. After getting home and trying to recharge the system I saw the hole. Ordered a new condenser from Amazon and got it swapped out quite easily! Since the system was already empty due to the hole there was no need to evacuate the AC lines however if you're opening up a system you should definitely evacuate properly!
My buddy, @flyrice_904 came over a few days later and helped me vacuum, out the lines and recharge the system. Definitely need to pick up one of these vacuum units!
