Over the Christmas holiday, my friend (Micah) and I decided to recreate the new Star Wars teaser trailer. We had a hilarious time creating a shot-for-shot remake of the teaser trailer. While we're not the first to produce a "sweded" version of The Force Awakens teaser trailer, we had an incredible amount of fun recreating the teaser and thought it'd be worth sharing with others. We'd highly suggest other Star Wars fans create sweded versions of the trailer. It's easy to create, funny to watch, and brings back the childhood memories of watching Star Wars. What is a Sweded Trailer?

"Sweded Films are amateur recreations of famous films using limited resources and technology inspired by the 2008 comedy film Be Kind Rewind. The films are typically much shorter in length than their originals and use shoe-string budget props to mimic the source material."
