Cazenove Road is a street in the north of Hackney where people with different faiths, cultures and heritage live side by side.
The area provides a snapshot of the diversity of Hackney, yet at the same time it has its own local identity.
In this film Tijala, a pupil of Jubilee Primary School, interviews her father about life in a multicultural community in this part of Hackney.
The film was made by teachers, parents and pupils at Jubilee Primary School for the exhibition ‘Side by Side: Living in Cazenove’ (January to May 2014), supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
