100 Days of 10-Minute Art – What I Learned

Intuitive art journaling is not about perfection or end results but creating intuitive marks that uncover my true voice, revealing deeper meaning and emotional connection. Slowing down, being present can help you express your innermost self, create with intention, and bring powerful authenticity into your art.
Remember to use what you already have! You don't need to go out and buy more art supplies!

Materials for the 100 Day Project are:
Art Journal - 6 in x 9 in - 90 lb. mixed media paper
Various Drawing tools that you already have!
Basic paint brushes
Mediums - Liquitex Fluid Matt Medium and Heavy Gloss Gel
Papers - deli wrap, newsprint, and medical paper
A variety of Handmade Collage Papers and scraps!
Mark-making tools - Crayons, water soluable pastels, and my favourite gold gel pen
Stencils - Stencil Girl - organic dots
Paint: Liquitex Fluid and Basic paint and a new favourite colour...Craftsmart - Tropical Rain,
Mars Black, Titanium White, Phthalocyanine Blue, Payne's Grey, Turquioze, Cerulean Blue, Light Blue, Transparent Orange, Unbleached titanium, India Yellow Hue, Yellow Oxide, and Cadmium Yellow Deep
