This is an extended version of Marche des Eclopes or La Boiteuse. ('March of the Crippled' or 'The Lame') which is seen/heard being played during Napoleon's exile scene.
History:
It was originally meant for the soldiers of La Grande Armee that were retreating from Russia after the failed invasion of 1812; despite this song's solemn melody, it still managed to boost the morale of the soldiers.
