At Uteco, we've embraced the commitment towards 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 by spearheading multiple projects aimed at creating an eco-friendly supply chain for flexible packaging. In recent years, our efforts have spanned various fronts, and our achievements include:
📚 The first reference practice and framework for the "𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀". This project has been done in collaboration with Acimga (Confindustria), the association of Italian manufacturers of machinery for the graphic, paper and converting industry; 𝗨𝗡𝗜, the Italian National Standards Body; and SIT Group, a leading converter in the European packaging market.
🏅 We have been awarded the 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹 by EcoVadis for our 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹, and 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗘𝗦𝗚) efforts. This recognition highlights our dedication to putting people and the planet at the heart of our operations.
