We spent the entire day eating only from 7-Eleven here in Bangkok—and honestly, it was more fun (and more delicious) than we expected. From breakfast to late-night snacks, we challenged ourselves to live off just 7-Eleven food for 24 hours and took you along for every bite.

We started the day browsing the aisles for breakfast options, picked up some classic Thai snacks, and even found a few surprisingly good hot meals for lunch and dinner. Of course, we couldn’t skip the iconic toasties and tried a few questionable desserts along the way.
