Playstation 2| PS2 | No Video | No Eject | Faultfinding

This Playstation 2 SCPH-30004 R came from ebay with no video out and the eject wasn't working too. Here's the steps I took to fault-find the system and work out what was wrong and what I need to do to fix it.
