INCREDIBLE Off Limits Area with SECRET Access Found! (Revisit)

I Found Secret access to an Off Limits area that I documented back in 2023, but this time we're investigating deeper. Sadly, the reason this area became off limits hasn't changed, but thankfully the way I arrived here won't draw any attention.
