This video contains footage of Delta Downs jockey Bethany Taylor wearing a helmet cam while riding the 6-year-old mare Blake the Great during a four-furlong workout on Tuesday morning, February 14, 2017. You will ride along with Bethany and see the workout from her perspective as the horse warms up, gets up to full speed and then cools down and goes back to the barn.
Blake the Great is trained by Dana Whited, who you will see aboard her pony horse Mike during the video.
