Fiat 500 d'Epoca: Ruggine e Stucco a GO GO!

C'è un detto che dice: "Cerca che trovi!", purtroppo in questa Fiat 500 d'Epoca ho trovato più del dovuto.
Sotto ciò che sembravano delle piccole spaccature dello Stucco Metallico c'erano la Calandra tenuta da una sola saldatura fatta in un secondo momento e il vano batteria che aveva subito un incidente, qualcuno munito di grande pazienza ha avuto la brillante idea di stuccarlo interamente per nascondere le ammaccature. Arrivati nel 2023 si è aggiunta anche la ruggine passante tra muso e vano quindi per fare un lavoro d'eccellenza è stato doveroso sostituire l'intero lamierato. Oltre ai parafanghi con più di un centimetro di materiale, i passaruota andavano riparati ed eccoci qui! L'anteriore nuovo di zecca, potrai vedere come ho lavorato nella rimozione dei vecchi lamierati e l'assemblaggio dei nuovi, infine ho rimosso la cataforesi per assicurarmi di non avere nessun tipo di problema nel corso degli anni futuri ed applicato il fondo epossidico. Pod czymś, co wydawało się być małymi pęknięciami w metalicznym stiuku, znajdowała się kratka utrzymywana przez pojedynczą spoinę wykonaną w późniejszym czasie oraz komorę baterii, która uległa wypadkowi, ktoś z wielką cierpliwością wpadł na genialny pomysł całkowitego otynkowania, aby ukryć wgniecenia. Przybywając w 2023 r. Dodano również rdzę przechodzącą przez nos i komorę, więc aby wykonać doskonałą robotę, konieczna była wymiana całej blachy. Oprócz błotników z ponad calowym materiałem, naprawy wymagały nadkola i oto jesteśmy! Front jest fabrycznie nowy, widać jak pracowałem przy zdejmowaniu starych blach i montowaniu nowych, na koniec usunąłem kataforezę, żeby mieć pewność, że nie będę miał problemów przez następne kilka lat i nałożyłem podkład epoksydowy.
