One Jump Man was chained up and hanging from the ceiling the last time anyone saw him, so nobody is here to help Shaggy Rogers with the bill Waluigi's just served him. Or the beating the lanky purple one is planning on delivering to Shaggy Ball Z. Where are Scooby Doo and the rest of the gang when you need them? Oh, that’s right, they’re being absolutely annihilated by the Wahnner.

Without the help of his Luigi looking friend, Norville Rogers needs to go ultra Shaggy. In fact, not just ultra, he needs to unleash Ultra Instinct Shaggy! And this isn’t some silly Shaggy meme, this is serious business: it’s Shaggy vs Waluigi in a rap battle for the ages.
