Pre-heat Camp Chef griddle on medium-low for 10 minutes. Add sausage, spray with olive oil before adding hash browns. Sauté veggies. Make a dam out of your hash browns and pour in eggs. Scramble everything together and turn as necessary. YUMMY !!!
